A Needs Analysis will obtain actual samples of data, forms, reports, and workflow processes from your project team. Using that information, we provide a project plan. When you agree on the parts of the project plan that you would like to include in your project, we will prepare a contract for your signature and begin the work. For most projects, the contracted work is completed within 60 days.
