Ongoing Technical Support & Help Desk
 
Vertical Marketing maintains a help desk to support our clients and to measure the effectiveness of the training. The help desk is billed in 6-minute blocks. The rate is $15 per block, or $12.50 per block if you pre-purchase blocks of 2 hours ($250). We provide additional custom reports, or other enhancements, as a part of our help desk.
 
If you purchase a Help Desk contract, we also provide you with upgrades as they become available from the developer. Most of the upgrades are free of charge.
