Linda
Morris has been part of the CRM software evolution
since 1989. She has worked with a wide variety
of businesses, helping them integrate CRM systems
to automate Contact Management, Sales Force and
Marketing Automation and Help Desk applications.
She has also worked with companies to implement
accounting systems, and target marketing strategies
and initiatives. |

has been working with GoldMine since 1996
and brings with her a background in business
process analysis, software implementation,
consulting and training. In recent years
she has trained over 200 companies that
use GoldMine, both new users, as well as
GoldMine Administrators. Linda is GoldMine
and Goldsync Certified with both implementation
and training requirements being met, including
GoldMine's earlier versions to its most
current. |

Linda has implemented and trained
users on the newest versions of Microsoft Office applications
and has just added MS CRM to her knowledge base. She
also shares her knowledge and experience doing Keynote
Speaking and teaching in the business community and
local community colleges. |
