Generator is a software tool that serves as an add-on
to Microsoft CRM Application. This tool is of best use

regular work. The tool maintains and manages a database
of Documents. The documents can be any text documents
that might be created or sent by a CRM user. The tool
integrates itself to Microsoft CRM application, thereby

The application user selects one or more
paragraphs from the paragraphs database. The text from the
selected paragraph is concatenated to Contact information
of a selected contact. After making desired editing to the
text, it is sent to Microsoft Word where it is saved. |

Paragraphs is the text that may be used
regularly for correspondence The Document Generator maintains
a huge database of texts, each called as a paragraph. The
user can add or delete paragraphs. Versions of paragraphs
can also be maintained. |
