link between GoldMine 5.x, 6.x BCM, 6.x BCM CE and Microsoft
Project 2000, Project 2002, Project 2003. |

| The link allows users to create, develop
and manage projects in Microsoft Project using the "Resource
Leveling" feature to determine and establish timelines and
necessary commitments from the project's team members. Meetings
and deliverables tracked in Microsoft Project are then linked
to the GoldMine calendar and Project tab. |

Changes in Microsoft Project are automatically
updated in GoldMine. Conversely, changes in GoldMine's calendar
and Project tab are automatically recalculated and reset for
the respective project dates in Microsoft Project. |

| All changes and progress on contact related
projects will now be consolidated within GoldMine's calendar,
Project tab and contact history, eliminating duplicate data
entry, updating tasks selectively or globally and allowing
project report output in PERT, GANTT, tabular formats or GoldMine
reports. |
