HELP DESK LEVELS AND PRICING

  • Help Desk Level 1: $18.75 per six minute block. Call once, twice, as many (or few) times as you need; the support staff will assist you right away.

  • Help Desk Level 2: $15.00 per six minute block. You must pre-purchase two or more hours of Help Desk time, which can be used all at once or during separate phone calls. A 17% savings from the price of our Help Desk Level 1 pricing; it's like getting one out of every six blocks of time for FREE!

  • Help Desk Level 3: $12.50 per six minute block. You must pre-purchase eight or more hours of Help Desk time. Companies with multiple users, each with their own questions, will benefit from this type of Help Desk account.

  • Help Desk Level 4: This support contract requires a minimum commitment of one year. A flat rate of $3000 per month for up to 300 users. Support includes 15 minute training sessions (web based), unlimited calls to our support line, daily monitoring of application and database servers, update of patches to the CRM database servers, end user help desk support, report review and changes and updates, Building and assisting in creating SQL queries and filters, database maintenance.

  • Charges will not accrue until the selected help desk program chosen has been verified and approved by accounting. Rates are based on blocks of six minutes. Pre-paid Help Desk is valid for one year from the date purchased.

  Payment by credit card. The undersigned authorizes Vertical Marketing to charge to the below named credit card the amounts         specified in this Agreement.

OTHER TERMS/ LIMITED WARRANTY

Pre-paid Help Desk is valid for one year from the date purchased. Unused portions may only be applied to the purchase of software or maintenance agreements. Help desk hours purchased will not be used for onsite work or travel, a separate authorization to proceed is required. If unsatisfied with the quality of support in the first 90 days after the Help Desk is purchased or renewed, all remaining portions of the Help Desk will be promptly refunded. You are advised to regularly backup your work. Vertical Marketing warrants to use best effort services, but makes no other warranty of any kind, and no other warranty, express or implied, is to be imputed. This is a service agreement. Vertical Marketing shall not be liable for any amount in excess of the fees paid by you during the 12 months immediately preceding the date of your claim, and shall in no event be liable for indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or exemplary damages. The remedies set forth are in lieu of all others. This Agreement shall be construed under the laws of Virginia, and the courts located in Virginia shall be the sole forum for adjudication.
