The world of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is, as usual, in a state of flux bordering on chaos. The software is better than ever. Mid-market products, as expected, are hitting their stride and putting enormous pressure on the “high end” products. The hosted (ASP) services continue to gain market share but are beginning to encounter some bumps in the road.
 
All the while, there is a huge amount of activity at the corporate level. Firms are acquiring one another, or making significant internal organizational changes, throughout the industry.
 
The opportunities and pitfalls are greater now than ever before. And you cannot afford to wait. Doing nothing while your competitors develop sustainable competitive advantages through sales process design and CRM is the greatest risk of all.
