Project Planning Management
We will use the information from the completed survey to develop a detailed, realistic, project plan. The project plan will define the scope of the entire project, specifying deliverables, scheduling and firm costs. This document is also the basis on which we design and develop the contact management system that will work best for you. The steps include:
You complete a requirements survey using our Sales Force Analysis and Customization Guide.
You provide us with a small sample of your data, with conversion instructions to tell us what information goes where.
Using the completed surveys and a conference call or on site meeting, we develop a project plan and schedule for your approval. This includes firm price quotes.
This phase helps you to avoid expensive errors in basic design decisions, and guides you through the system objectives, the selection of the project team, the selection of software tools, and the rollout plan.
This phase typically requires about 16 to 24 hours of Vertical Marketing partner time. Because we feel that this is such an important part of the project, we charge a rate of $2,500 to $5,000 based on the scope. Contracts provided without this analysis will be priced to reflect the uncertainty regarding the scope of the project.
