professional services and product customizations - that

receive a refund, you must do the following: |

1.All returns must be pre-approved
by Vertical Marketing Inc. We will not issue refunds
on unauthorized returns.

2.Return authorization must be obtained
within 30 days of the original date of purchase.
A 20% of restocking fee will be charged.

3.All returns must have a completed
and signed return merchadise Authorization (RMA)
form include with the return package. To ensure that
we receive your return and properly
credit your account, please return your product with
all original accompanying material
via a verifiable delivery means (UPS, FedEx, Certified
Mail, etc., ) along with a statement that you have removed
all copies of the software from your
system.
