Terms & Conditions

  • Priority Access to VMI Technical Suppor
  • Telephone Support: Technical Support is available from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (EST) by calling (703) 367-9571 ext 6. Calls will be answered in the order they were received and escalated as needed

  • Confidentiality and non-disclosure agreements shall be executed upon receipt of contract.

  • After Hours, Weekends and Holiday Support is not included as part of this contract.

  • With RDBA Support Plan, the Support engineers will be tasked to login via remote access (using Gotomeeting, Terminal Services, Citrix or VPN type products) to customer's main network system a minimum of once per day for monitoring of the customer's Server and software

OTHER TERMS/ LIMITED WARRANTY

Pre-paid Help Desk is valid for one year from the date purchased. Unused portions may only be applied to the purchase of software or maintenance agreements. Help desk hours purchased will not be used for onsite work or travel, a separate authorization to proceed is required. If unsatisfied with the quality of support in the first 90 days after the Help Desk is purchased or renewed, all remaining portions of the Help Desk will be promptly refunded. You are advised to regularly backup your work. Vertical Marketing warrants to use best effort services, but makes no other warranty of any kind, and no other warranty, express or implied, is to be imputed. This is a service agreement. Vertical Marketing shall not be liable for any amount in excess of the fees paid by you during the 12 months immediately preceding the date of your claim, and shall in no event be liable for indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or exemplary damages. The remedies set forth are in lieu of all others. This Agreement shall be construed under the laws of Virginia, and the courts located in Virginia shall be the sole forum for adjudication.
