Player Module

1. Parents go online to their respective Sports clubs website and create their profile

2. Add multiple players (Children)

3. Scan and add important documents like Date of Birth and any other league forms needed for each player which makes registration for subsequent years easy

4. Register the players for one or more sports

5. Pay via PayPal for registration

6. Parents can view the history of registration over the years

Coach/Team Mom Module

1. Coaches and Team Moms can manage & view the players assigned to their team

2. Manage the volunteers if needed for each event/game or activity

3. Manage the documentation for each player

4. Communicate via emails to all the parents, the team or just to a player

5. Coaches can upload training material to their profile

6. Players can be seen once the Registration process is complete and Treasurer accepts the payments

7. Export players and volunteers to Microsoft Excel

Admin Module

League can give access to Administrators like Registrar, Treasurer and League Executives

Some key areas for the Registrar

1. View the player profiles and review registration

2. Report on missing documents by grade and alert parents of missing documents

3. Easy access to paper work needed by the County or State

4. Send marketing email for events

5. Communicate with players in the league by individual player or the entire team

6. Export players to Microsoft Excel for league management

Some key features for the Treasurer

1. View the players by Team and Year

2. Receive Check or Cash from Parents to complete registration

3. Setup and track payment plans for players if needed

4. Export players payment info to Microsoft Excel and IIF format for QuickBooks

5. Communicate with players/parents, if needed to collect payment info
