| The TimeSheet
program automatically creates a standard time sheet
from data entered into GoldMine's history files. When
a user selects a specific time period, TimeSheet uses
GoldMine's history, contact records, and result codes
to display a report of billable and non-billable time
in a standard timesheet format. |

| Time is cross-footed so that the user
can see the time logged each day and to each account. He can
then enter any missing time directly into TineSheet to account
for the full 8-hour day. This time can, in turn, be automatically
posted back into GoldMine. |

| The effect of this is to increase billable
hours by making the user accountable for how he spent his
time. Moreover, it simplifies the task of recording time by
automatically posting the time previously entered into GoldMine.
This saves the double entry that would be required if you
used a standalone timesheet program. |

| It is a simple program to learn, using
familiar timesheet formatting. It allows you to increase revenues
through better management and encourages your staff to practice
better time management. It is a great product for “Phase 2”
implementations where you are finding ways to get more benefits
from your GoldMine system. It also helps you to ensure that
your staff effectively uses your GoldMine system. |

| Requirements |

| TimeSheet requires GoldMine 5.0 and above
or GoldMine Sales & Marketing. It supports both xBase and
MS SQL Server implementations. The computer where the program
will be installed must have a properly configured GoldMine
program, Borland BDE and MS SQL Client (if using the SQL back-end).
